F.A.Q's

"Why is everything showing as SOLD OUT?" - When I put treats on at 8pm they are often sold out by 8.05pm. They sell fast, its only me (Helen) that bakes, orders, packs, and does everything, at the moment I can only bake so much and that is LOTS.

"How do I order?" - I stock the Brownie shop page at 8pm on the dot a few days a week if I can, If you check my pinned facebook post It should tell you when the next drop is.

"I had some treats in my basket but they vanished when I was filling out the payment details?" - I understand how frustrating this is, shopify doesn't hold in the baskets, so once they are sold they are sold, its fastest finger first. I would recommend creating an account so you can log out as fast as possible.

"Where do I collect from?" - My address is 10 Newport Avenue, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 1TP, time frames will be stated on the listing.

"Do you take custom orders?" - I am incredibly busy at the moment so I need at least 2-3 weeks notice for custom orders please.

"How do I order Birthday cakes?" - I am fully booked until september.

"How do you recommend enjoying the treats?" - I personally love warming them up for 5-10 seconds in the microwave, or warm in the oven, and enjoy with vine farm cream or some yummy icecream.

" Are your Brownies suitable for allergy sufferers?" - Unfortunately I cannot cater for any allergies at the moment. My kitchen is small and I am baking such large quantities of baked goods containing milk, eggs, soya, gluten, nuts and peanuts that I cannot set aside any time to have a totally free from kitchen.

"How should I store my treats?" - Please keep them in an airtight container and consume within 4 days, or wrap individually in clingfilm or equivelent and freeze for 3-6 months. Defrost at room temperature or heat in the microwave as per microwave instructions.
